Egg korma recipe | Bangladeshi Style Dimer Korma

I can visualize the white creamy gravy glued with the white eggs and served with maa special the yellow pulao. I tried many times to make it perfect but my mom do it in a best way.
So I thought to share with you my mom's recipe. Please try it and share your experience with me.
Ingredients
Egg - 8 numbers (Per person 2)
Onion Paste - 1 medium/ 2 to 3 tbsp
Onion golden fried - 1/4 cup
Onion - 2 tbsp chopped
Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin paste - 1 tsp
Cashew Nut Paste - 1 tbsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
Cloves - 4 numbers
Bay leaves - 2 pieces
Cinnamon stick 1 - 2 pieces
White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Green chilies - 4-5 numbers
Kewra essence - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1/4 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Instructions:
Preparation:
Boil the eggs for 7 to 8 mints (hard boiled eggs) and remove the shells.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the eggs until they become light golden in colour.
Keep them aside and start cooking.
Method:
Heat the oil in a pan and add the Bay leaves and cloves. Saute them for a mint .
Now add chopped onions and fry them until they become soft.
At this time add Onion paste,ginger garlic paste,Cumin paste,coriander paste,cashew nut paste,white pepper and mix them well until the water dries up and oil comes out through the paste.
Now, at this point add eggs into the mixture and mix them gently (Please handle the eggs with soft moves else you will comes out with a disaster).
Whisk yogurt and milk together and pour into the gravy. Add fried onions ,green chilies,salt,sugar cover it and bring to a boil in a medium high heat.
At last add ghee and kewra essence and check the seasoning.
Mainly this dish is little bit sweet in taste. So spice it up according to your taste.
Remove the heat and serve them hot with plain rice or pulao.
